On Site Measuring & Design Analysis – This is the best way to begin a complicated Custom project, even if the windows are still in the blue print and planning stages because architectural features can be planned to accommodate window treatments from the start. When this is possible, the outcome is much more satisfying, plus potential functionality and design problems can be avoided, saving your clients money and disappointment in the end. If starting early is not an option, the sooner a Precision Draperies window treatment pro can review the project the more good advice you can get. Our number one goal in providing this service is to have window treatment installations which are flawless. We have found that when this happens, everyone is happy, satisfied, and can’t wait to tell their friends.

Added to a CUSTOM product scheme, on site measuring and design service ensures that every product will fit perfectly and that your designs do not have any hidden problems. Call for an on site measure and we will come to your job site, do the measuring, and take care of those pesky work orders for you. Pricing for this service is by the hour, plus mileage to the job site.

Optional Design Rendering- Computer design renderings can be done as a part of a design analysis to aid with client presentations or to troubleshoot design issues, or a treatment rendering can be ordered for any window that requires a picture for visualization prior to fabrication.

If you have a client who just can’t visualize what the treatment will look like on their window, this may be a service you can use. You can provide the window measurements, or this service can be added to an on site measure.

.Renderings are billed for by the hour, but we can usually estimate rendering time for you once you have provided the measurements and design concept.

CAD detailing & pattern making- These services are needed when a custom project requires extra detailing to fine tune things like projections, clearances, placement, stacking, and all the tiny details. An absolute must for those jobs with complicated architectural considerations such as angles, arches, bows, bays, multiple layers, and all those windows with fine architectural details that must be considered., or multiple layers that need consideration. This service can be added at your option to an on-site measure, or we will add it automatically if we feel precise computer calculations are needed in order to produce a project correctly. You will receive copies of the drawings for your and your client’s approval prior to the actual product production. CAD services are also billed by the hour, but we can usually estimate the work time prior to doing the work.  A must have for extremely complex situations

Computer aided pattern designs can be created for rod templates prior to manufacture, as well as patterns for unusual, unique, or special treatment designs. Sometimes the patterns you will never see, the results you won’t believe!

CAD services will also be priced hourly and will vary by the complexity of the project, and required number and sizes of the print outs. Call for a quotation.

Hardware supplied by Precision- When calculating all the required rods, brackets, supports, finials, tieback holders, numbers of carriers, rings, pulleys, and other miscellaneous for a perfect installation is a little overwhelming or just too time consuming, let us do the ordering for you and have it staged for installation along with your products. The cost of this service will only add a small percentage to the price of your hardware, which will vary depending on the hardware brand. To have us order the hardware for you, just request Hardware by Precision when you request your drapery quote and specify the brand and styles you want.

Professional Installation- This is the service required to effectively and satisfactorily complete any job. You can use your own installers, and if you have installers you are happy with, we encourage you to do so, but if you need installation with your job we want you to know we are happy to complete the job with our installation service as well. This service is often paired with on site measuring for best results. Just request that installation by Precision be included in your quote in order to have our expert installers complete the job.

Drapery Consultant Training- Stores with multiple sales people or designers who need to learn more about window treatment specifying and detailing will find these services very useful. Classes are offered periodically at our location, or we can come to you and train an entire group. Classes currently available include:
